Following two OWI charges, my future was on the line and I hired Arlington Jr. He was incredibly transparent throughout the process and helped ease my anxieties. Given this was number two shortly following the first, I was facing a felony charge and, although he was unable to get the charge knocked t...o reckless driving, it is because of him I have no felonies and was able to pursue the career I, at the time, had just been accepted to grad school for. I appreciated his timely responses, listening ear, laid back demeanor, and that he laughed at the (somewhat darker) jokes I made as I tried to process the emotions that led to my actions during that time in my life. The price was better than other lawyers I called and his empathetic communication skills sealed the deal. I would definitely recommend him to represent you. In fact I hired him to represent a family member with a possession charge about 4 years after he helped me. I have also consulted with him about expunging my record as well and I do plan to hire him to do that in the next few years.

I'm a pretty good driver, but got caught going over the limit in a construction zone at night. Not being from the area I was worried that I'd have to make a special trip or worse! Mr. Foley helped negotiate a lower fine, as well as avoiding a costly escalation in fees. It was also helpful that he's... tech savvy enough to send PDFs back and forth of things that needed to be signed so that I wasn't stuck having to fax back and forth. I'll definitely be safer in the future, but if I should make a mistake I feel comfortable knowing that Mr. Foley will be a short call away.
