Given this was number two shortly following the first, I was facing a felony charge and, although he was unable to get the charge knocked t...o reckless driving, it is because of him I have no felonies and was able to pursue the career I, at the time, had just been accepted to grad school for. I appreciated his timely responses, listening ear, laid back demeanor, and that he laughed at the (somewhat darker) jokes I made as I tried to process the emotions that led to my actions during that time in my life. The price was better than other lawyers I called and his empathetic communication skills sealed the deal. I would definitely recommend him to represent you. In fact I hired him to represent a family member with a possession charge about 4 years after he helped me. I have also consulted with him about expunging my record as well and I do plan to hire him to do that in the next few years.

Great representation by mr foley! The initial consultation was easy and he explained everything in great detail. During the process it was easy to get information he needed from me to him. I asked if he could try and get the best outcome for me since I needed to keep my license. Keep in mind each cas...e is different but he was able to keep my license and reduce the charge! Court date the same plea we had went over previously remained. He helped me through the process of being in court overall I give him 5 star service!
