Tieyana Marie McClure

Tieyana was appointed as a GAL our case to represent the best interest of the children. Tieyana was notified in Dec 2025 of multiple concerns regarding the sole custodian of the children the children's Mother. The Mother was getting evicted from her home, drivers license suspended and did not transp...ort the children to and from reunification counseling which resulted in a discharge. The landlord reached out to Tieyana and voiced his concerns via email and phone to Mrs. McClure and also provided photos of health and safety concerns of the home. Photos of black mold, animal feces/ urine through out the home and even in the children's bedding. No working smoke detectors in the home and the complete utter filth was presented to Mrs.McClure. Tieyana refused to investigate or report to the court. When asked under oath on May 20,2025 why she hadn't reported any of these issues and concerns, Mrs. McClure stated her invoice has not been paid. She has no interest in protecting your children and only generating invoices on your case!!! Please research before you hire!
