She left the case at the last moment;just two days before the interim hearing , that made my case further weak. I didn’t have the option, but to represent myself for that interim motion. I was in search of a good lawyer. I dialed many lawyers & went through the website and references through friends, But none seemed to be convincing. To get the case Most Lawyers would say all goodies, but when it comes for the actual execution, they will delay and just bill you for the hours. They are not truly interested in your case, they just want to drag it till the final hearing date . In my case it did go that way and my case got dragged for no reason by the opposite lawyer till the final hearing date. Looking at the scenario we decided to contest the final hearing And this guy called me couple of day before, and briefed me with the expected proceeding in the case & how it gonna go, we went again through the entire case, we checked all the facts; we arranged all the facts; we prepared for various scenario that might arise during final proceeding. In The final hearing this guy was fully confident about the process & about various tricks played by opposite Lawyer, and had his way to counter it.Post final hearing, for the summary submission he presented it so excellently that the the case went completely in our favor, and it was by word summary given in the judgement as mentioned by Matt. I’ll give Matt hundred out of hundred on the case management, on its preparation, on its strategy and executing it flawlessly. I will strongly recommend Matt .Thanks a lot Matt. You saved me.
