Daniel E. Coots

I have been a client of Dan Coots since September of 2005 when I incorporated my business through him. As I have needed him periodically throughout the years, Dan is easy to reach and is very responsive to my questions and requests. He also goes out of his way to make sure his clients, such as mys...elf, don't screw things up - and I like that in an attorney. He is one of the few good attorney's in this city that will set up a face to face meeting on a short notice - another major factor I like about him. While his rates have increased a little over the years, I still find the increase to be worth my while as a small business owner on the North side of Indianapolis. I highly recommend Dan Coots as an attorney, and his assistant seems to be on top of her game as well - always following up with me on the small stuff. I get a sense of security being their client and wouldn't trade that for any high-profile skyscraper law firm downtown. The ONLY downside to Dan Coots is his ability to understand new-age internet related concepts and business models (the businesses I am involved in) - however, he has demonstrated the willingness to learn and grasp them - off the clock. Problem solved.
