After first talking to an attorney downtown, and they immediately stated I should go Ch. 13. The info given was confusing and inadequate! Nov 15, 2010 Highly Recommended Portia was our rock during this very difficult process. We began as a chapter 13 and then half way through we had to convert to a chapter 7 so we have worked with Portia for 3 years. She never once judged us and was always there for questions and sometimes just to li...sten. Even when she had to give us information was difficult for us to hear, you knew that she cared had looked at all the options.
