Although this was my first case it has taken this lawyer almost 4 years to settle my case. Her law firm claims that it was mostly defense issues. In which I know it was not. I have only spoke with her roughly a handful of times and that's being generous. I would figure a lawyer takes in a new client ...in which they guide them through the process of the case instead of me being blindsided by negligence. I have always contacted her and she's only returned one call. I hope that no one ever has to settle like I was forced to do because I believe they are too lazy to do the foot work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO AN ENEMY. Needless to say someone else took over my case within the firm and settled 2 years later.
