I’ve had to consult with this firm a couple times under my LegalShield membership. This is one of the two attorneys that I’ve spoken with. Usually they’re pretty patient and respectful. However, in the latest instance of contact regarding my OSC and EEO complaint with a federal agency they referred m...e twice to an attorney in the wrong geographical location, which cost me time responding to a potential litigant. The ultimate phone call with Mr Bolen to get that situation straightened out went fine, but I felt the hang up was rather abrupt. It came across kind of angry. Nothing I can concretely put my finger on, but that’s how it felt. However, it was their fault. Hence, the four star review instead of the five star. However, these guys are usually good. They are far better than my previous LegalShield firm from when I lived in Ohio.
