I hired timothy wagner to do some work for me after I hired timothy wagner to do some law work for me i send tim wagner 5500.00 dollars after two weeks tim would not return my phone calls so i put up a post after he read my post he call me and sad he would do what he... was supose to do so i took down my post about two weeks he was back act it again no`t returning my calls so i am posting this again. I hope you read this before you give tim wagner any money he did not send me any of my 5500.00 dollars back my name is larry jones you can call me at 724/788/1735. he will take your money and you will never hear from him again. thank you for reading this post.

He did not complete any task in a timely matter. The courts sent me notifications several times because "I" had failed to do what the courts needed. I had a sheriff contact me for the courts. When I explained that I hired an attorney, the reply I got was, "that's your problem". I called a second ...attorney explaining the situation and asking for him to take over the estate and get things back on track. The second attorney took information and contacted John Wagner. Amazing how Wagner got things done. Wagner had the attitude that I didn't know anything. I would never recommend him.
