            I am an experienced attorney who grew up on the Southside of Indianapolis, and I have located my practice in Southport, focusing on helping my surrounding community.  I graduated at the top of my class from Indiana University Bloomington with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  I was on the Dean’s List every semester and recognized at Founder’s Day every year.  I am a Phi Beta Kappa and a recognized member of multiple other scholastic honor societies.  I graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis with a concentration in advocacy skills.  I was a Student Member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Equal Justice Works, Women’s Caucus, International Law Society, and ICLU.  I was a participant in European Study Abroad Program in Strasbourg, France and studied the European Union legal systems.  I was a participant of the Moot Court Competition and Client Counseling Competition and I was a Certified Legal Intern for the Disability Clinic and Civil Practice Clinic.

             I have experience in litigation, administrative law, and mediation.  I focus my practice on worker’s compensation, personal injury, family law and criminal law.  I became an attorney to help people and provide pro bono work to people in need every year. 

            I am a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the American Bar Association.

           I am admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, Northern District of Indiana and Southern District of Indiana, and I have completed Certified Mediator training.
