Alexei Paul Krasutsky is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and in its Northern and Southern Districts. Mr. Krasutsky practices immigration, family and intellectual property law. Mr. Krasutsky immigrated to the United States from Ukraine. He received his Magisterial degree from Moscow State University, Russia and attended the University of Minnesota, Duluth, where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Chemistry in 1996. Mr. Krasutsky worked for 13 years as a corporate scientist in Pharmaceutical Drug Discovery with such companies like Warner Lambert, Pfizer, Pharmacia and Eli Lilly and Co.
As an immigrant, Mr. Krasutsky is passionate about helping foreigners wishing to come to the United States. Currently, Mr. Krasutsky works with clients from many different countries, helping them with issues involving the United States legal system.
While working in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Krasutsky was involved in numerous inventions which resulted in a number of patent filings and led to the introduction of several drug candidates. Mr. Krasutsky has been a patent agent since 2008, and a patent attorney since 2010. Mr. Krasutsky is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Indiana State Bar, the Indianapolis Bar, and the United State Patents and Trademarks Office bar (USPTO).
