After paying for all ...fees upfront, Zack refused to return any calls, emails, and he failed to create a plan of action for my daughter's case. Zack never called or interviewed any of our witnesses. Zack never contracted the court or submitted documents on our behalf which that what we hired him to do in the first place. My husband and I called the office several times asking to speak to someone in charge to change the attorney to help resolve our issues. Everything discussed at the consultation never happened.

Hired Trapp Law LLC and was represented by Zach. At first he seemed to be concerned and caring. But after they received full payment I never knew what was going on. I rarely received replys to emails or phone calls back from Zach. They had my case for a year and could not find out how to contact my... ex that lives in Indianapolis. After a year I finally fired Trapp Law and when I got my statement of charges they charged me for the "free consultation". Hired a different attorney the same month I fired Trapp Law Zach Smith and they made contact with my ex within three weeks with all the same information I provided to Trapp law.
