Tiffany Ann McCoy

Tiffany was born and raised in McHenry, Illinois. She graduated from Saint Joseph's College Indiana (SJC) with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. At SJC, Tiffany was an NCAA Division II athlete as a jumper on the track team. Tiffany went on to obtain her law degree from Valparaiso University Law School (VU), where she was an honors program scholar and graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Tiffany was a national trial advocacy team competitor and also a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She is a true animal lover!

During her educational pursuit, Tiffany sought out multiple opportunities to expand her legal knowledge at multiple prosecutors offices, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, and the Criminal Clinic at VU. Tiffany also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert L. Miller, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

After Tiffany was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2018, she joined the Office of the Indiana Attorney General as an Intensive Deputy Attorney General handling matters from multiple divisions within the office. Tiffany spent the next several years as a Deputy Attorney General in Criminal Appeals practicing in front of the Indiana Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, with high success and over 20 published decisions. Following her time as an appellate attorney, Tiffany turned her attention to trial and defense work.
