It is a very stressful situation to get arrested and charged for OVWI (aka. DUI, DWI). I had no idea what to expect when I started and was very worried for my future. Would I have to spend time in jail? How much would it cost in fines and legal fees? Would my license be suspended? If so, for how long...? He negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf from the beginning and when the blood results came back (over twice the legal limit) he continued to work to get me a favorable outcome.
