Terrance Lamont Kinnard

I've hired Mr Kinnard on several cases throughout the years. I've always trusted what he said and it always came out to be true. Reading some of these reviews is not the Mr. Kinnard I know. I just want to say I've had a great experiences with him throughout every case with him. I'm grateful for the r...elationship I've built with him over time. I've recommended so many people to this firm and they are also satisfied with his work. Thank You Mr. Kinnard for all you do. I can't forget about Joe thank you also for being understanding willing to go above and beyond. You guys are great

Mr. Kinnard is a very dishonest attorney telling me things which was not true. When he consulted with me he talked about a lot of things that was irrelevant to the case. He never respond back to you in a timely manner and when he does he give you the same information that he gave previous “I don’t ha...ve any information at this time I’m waiting to hear back from the court” this went on for weeks. So then I decided to hire another attorney who was very professional and tentative to my case. If I would have let Mr. Kinnard represent me the judge probably would have gave me the maximum amount of time because Mr. Kinnard wasn’t prepared for my case. I would never hire him again. Be aware he’s a fast talker who makes a lie sound good. When it’s time for court he will cram everything together. He’s very unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and will charge you for services that he did not do.

I "DO NOT" recommend this law firm to anyone. I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr Kinnard and Joe his paralegal. After talking with Joe about my case we agreed on a price with Terrance’s approval. I had two meetings with Terrance Kinnard before my court date. At both meetings Terrance gave me ...a lot of false hope. In a desperate time honesty is important. I was told one thing from Joe the paralegal and another from Terrance. On the day of court Terrance was unfamiliar with events that had taken place with my case. After court my fiancé was notified about a fee dispute. We were given a two hour window to pay "DOUBLE" the amount we originally agreed upon and if not Terrance was taken himself off the case. "DO NOT HIGHER KINNARD IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM"
