Terrance Lamont Kinnard

If you’re seeking representation this is not the Law Firm Terrance Kinnard staff is very rude & disrespectful. Mr. Cooper I believe to be his paralegal he called me being very disrespectful while defaming my character labeling me as things that I have never been before abruptly hanging up on me. I ha...ve not once to disrespect no one at this legal firm. For him to label me as something that he had already label their client is out unprofessional. There’s more that I won’t say.

I don't know this man. Nor do I ever wish to meet him. The way he has no regard for looking for facts, and defended the act of a father leaving a disabled 10 year in an apartment to live alone, is absolutely appalling. His comment made about the same young lady, who endured years of mental and physic...al abuse, saying a prayer before confronting one of her abusers, calling this act "weird to say the least." God will not be mocked. Pray for him but please consider ANY and ALL other options before hiring this man.

Mr. Kinnard is a very dishonest attorney telling me things which was not true. When he consulted with me he talked about a lot of things that was irrelevant to the case. He never respond back to you in a timely manner and when he does he give you the same information that he gave previous “I don’t ha...ve any information at this time I’m waiting to hear back from the court” this went on for weeks. So then I decided to hire another attorney who was very professional and tentative to my case. If I would have let Mr. Kinnard represent me the judge probably would have gave me the maximum amount of time because Mr. Kinnard wasn’t prepared for my case. I would never hire him again. Be aware he’s a fast talker who makes a lie sound good. When it’s time for court he will cram everything together. He’s very unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and will charge you for services that he did not do.

Mr. Kinnard has rendered excellent service for our family with professionalism. He has explained the process and answered any questions we've had efficiently. Our first hearing didn't go as planned but Mr. Kinnard assured us that everything will be alright and he's treated our loved one with nothing ...but dignity and respect. Joe Cooper has been an outstanding source of support to our family as well. Thank you both for all you do!
