I help companies expand, reorganize, buy, sell and liquidate. My practice is focused on clients in transition who need assistance in debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. I have represented both healthy and troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them.  These solutions have included bankruptcy, offers in compromise, workouts, receiverships and refinancing.  I have represented debtors, creditors, governmental entities, owners, trustees, creditors committees and receivers. 

 

I also represent municipalities and organizations who do business with them. My government service experience includes: bonds, tax increment financing, public private partnerships, annexation redevelopment grants and utility rate adjustments.

Highly Recommend!
I had the opportunity to work with Samuel David Hodson while trying to attain 501c3 status for my non for profit organization. I have worked with Sam Hodson on many occasions, 363 sale, strategic purchases, government finance. His business background has supplemented his legal advise and has proved to make the process more efficient. Being able to tie business strategies to his legal practice has served as check and balance against other consultants in the transaction.

Across the board
I had substantial issues that ran across several areas of expertise, including business management, bankruptcy and debt negotiation and had no prior knowledge of the process or requirements involved to find resolution. While there are still several trailing issues, Sam organized a course of action on several fronts that allowed me to settle a variety of outstanding items and locate new income sources. His relationship with other attorneys and government employees was very valuable in the process. Excellent personality and discipline for my specific requirement.
