This Attorney was hired for my grandson and allowed him to sit in jail for over a year while he did absolutely nothing for his client. He would not talk to him , he would not visit him. He would not return our calls and he would not give my grandson any of his paperwork so that he would know what was... going on with his case. After a year almost he finally was able to do a deposition with the alleged victims who were illegals yet he worked harder than the States Prosecutors to find my grandson guilty of armed robbery when he knew it was not armed robbery. Even the victims in the deposition told this Attorney that my grandson "DID NOT" rob him. Yet and still this Attorney sided with the State and charged him with armed robbery which was a felony! Attorney Deihl forced my grandson to sign a plea because he said the State wanted an armed robbery charge. He went as far to tell us that Ryan Mears was running for governor and the justice system was being to soft on the criminals so he had to make an example out of my grandson that they were going harder on criminals. To make their click look good. This Attorney will look you in the eye and lie through his teeth. Do Not use him , he will not work for you. I think he still think he's a public defender and he certainly works for the States Prosecutors! "BE AWARE!" Don't say later that I didn't warn you! There is SO MUCH wrong in my grandson's case that the this Attorney did not do for his client. I can't tell it all in this review but I will write another one later! His purpose was to make sure another young black male get charged with a "FELONY" to try and destroy his future. He knows in his heartless heart that he did his client wrong!! I'm sure he has sleepless nights......
