Poor communication
Mr. Staples is my daughter's public defender. He has yet to respond to phone messages or emails. Very disappointing in terms of his ethics and courtesy.

Mr. Staples represented my son for his matter. My son and I both were very pleased with him. He was very attentive, seemed to care very much, explained everything to both of us through the entire proceedings. I would most definitely recommend this attorney.

Husband of one of his clients
Mr Staples was appointed by the courts and totally miss informed her.The whole plee was entered wrong in computer.Wd have left him notes at his office to review case and it was not taken care of .So it lead to my wife being arrested.Why would he not look in to the case.
