Founding partner Attorney Chase Parker takes a personalized approach to each case and strives to ensure his client’s best interests are met at every stage of the case. Chase previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. As a deputy prosecutor, he represented victims in the Misdemeanor/Level 6 Felony Division. Chase handled hundreds of cases per week, working on every step of a criminal case including the initial hearing, bail review hearings, status conferences, pretrial conferences, compliance hearings, suppression hearings, guilty plea/sentencing hearings, restitution hearings, probation/community correction hearings, behavioral health court hearings, and trials.
