Allen Michael Reece

Allen Reece is a member of Frank & Kraft, one of the leading law firms in Indiana in the areas of estate planning and professional business planning, emphasising on dental practices.

Mr. Reece is committed to helping people preserve their estate and protect their families. He helps clients avoid probate, save taxes, and protect their hard-earned savings. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, and business succession planning.

Allen also regularly counsels dentists in a variety of personal and professional matters including the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, practice valuation and purchase agreements for practice acquisitions and sales, drafting space sharing agreements, real estate acquisitions and sales and lease agreements, employment documents, non-compete/nondisclosure agreements, estate planning, and any other significant business transactions which a dentist will face during his or her career.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Reece is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association; the Indiana State Bar Association, including the Probate Review Committee and the Probate, Trust, and Real Property Section; the American Bar Association; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is a frequent speaker at numerous continuing education seminars. He was formerly a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown.

EDUCATION

Mr. Reece earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Michigan in 2012, where he was a Dean’s Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Reece was the founding Editor-in-Chief for the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review. Mr. Reece also earned a Master of Science from the University of Sussex, UK. He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with college honors from Earlham College, where he was a National Merit Scholar.

PERSONAL

Allen, his wife Jenny, and their two children live in Fishers. As the father of two young children, he has little time for his hobbies, but he enjoys backpacking, running, strength training, and disc golf.
