She was not easy to reach. Her response time to return calls would be more than 72hrs. She seemed uninterested and not fully invested in the details of my case. It is disappointing when she discusses the possible outcome of my case as though it was a task list rather than my future. She is not wil...ling to invest her time or show empathy. She comes off cold, unfeeling, and too busy to care.
