Uses you for money

Had a wrongful termination case that he was 80% sure he could win. Never got a response, never scheduled a court date, never asked for a hearing. Had a judges order to get the defendants secutity video but didn’t pressure them. He dropped my case after 14 months and gave it to his brother without inf...orming him about my case or me that my case was dropped. His brother didn’t want the case when I told him it was a wrongful termination case. First lawsuit or attorney I’ve ever dealt with, if I had it to do again I would’ve started with someone that had experience and not just words that they were able to win my case.

Client terminated from employment because of theft allegations. Successful in getting her unemployment compensation by requesting videos. Employment at Will law in Indiana prohibited a lawsuit. Second opinion confirmed.

Outstanding Legal Representation

I have had the pleasure of working with Mark and his Team on multiple legal issues (both personal and business) over a span of twenty-plus years. I have found his energy, work ethic and commitment to his client to be exemplary. I find Mark to be an outstanding strategic litigator with strong techni...cal expertise, backed by an excellent staff. He and his Team are driven by a sense of client service and client commitment.

A True Friend and Supporter

I had the privilege of working with Mark on planning and land use-related matters for nearly six years. During that time, we developed a strong working relationship. I found him to be very supportive and a solid legal advisor to lean on. He was always very accessible, and he would go the extra mil...e to make sure that all of the "i's were dotted and t's were crossed." He was always there for me and the other officials that he represented. He was my most reliable and strongest ally. He would communicate with other attorneys about difficult cases, and he was well-respected by the "opposing" side. He had a wonderful presence about him in court. He was serious, well-prepared, and professional. His experience and the respect from other attorney's gave him a distinct advantage. I believed fully in Mark and his capabilities. I choose to retain him as my legal counsel for my entire tenure in government. If I am ever in need of an attorney for personal reasons, you can bet that Mark will be at the top of my list.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
