Contacted Kelly to use for my divorce attorney, she had been hired by my ex first but instead of replying to say so she didn't reply back at all. She did not check facts about her client and only assumed she was telling the truth about the facts of the case. Needs to know when her client is lying o...r stretching the truth. I found a better lawyer and received a fair settlement in the divorce because of it.

Hired Kelley to represent me against my ex. She took on my ex as a client too, She would use a very condescending tone with me, like I was the guilty party. She ended up putting me in a worse position than when I started. She made herself judge, jury and prosecution and I was forced by my own attor...ney to fold and have to start all over again, feel it was very unethical conduct,

I hired Kelley to help with a pending issue with my ex wife. Her communication was terrible, her professionalism simply wasn't there, and she had a very poor attitude. She completely neglected my case, would not call or email back, and when I did finally talk to her, she would use a very condescendin...g tone. She ended up putting me in a worse position than when I started. Don't take this review lightly as I do not write them often, if at all.
