Brett Johnson Haacker

I made the mistake of hiring Mr. Haacker and paying up front. It has repeatedly taken weeks to get a response to questions and then only after I send multiple emails to he and his assistant. This week he cancelled a scheduled hearing the afternoon before (this was the second postponement he initiate...d) and I still have not heard from him as to why although his assistant said he would try to call me more than 2 days ago.

Brett has helped us with several legal issues and, more recently, has given us outstanding counsel with regard to our retirement and estate planning. We are aware of his extensive service and we believe our assets are better protected since he is uniquely interested in the needs of seniors. We have... always been both pleased and satisfied with the advice Brett has given us and, because of that, are comfortable with the decisions we have made.

I was very happy with Brett. I hired him to plan my estate and he really took the time to listen to me and to understand exactly what I wanted to do. I've felt that other attorneys I've hired couldn't be bothered to spend any time with me, and that all the work I've paid them for was done by a parale...gal anyway. Brett was a pleasant change to what I was used to. I couldn't recommend him enough!!
