Do not use Jarrett Ksenek. Terrible attorney and money hungry

Terrible attorney. Didn't do anything for me. Gave Terrible advice. Didn't return phone calls. Constantly demanded more money.

Very grounded

Jarrett was very professional as well as grounded and easy to talk with. Told us exactly what he thought without beating around the bush up front and straight forward. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very unprofessional

I would not recommend him he did not keep it professional he did not get ahold of my son for court or his parents...never recieved anything in the mail for a new court date! Went to court & he set my son for a pretrial for March 31st & was 30 mins late! While in court was goofing around talking about... spring break..while he gave my son 30 days in jail over a misdemeanor..my son almost lost his job & would have missed his graduation over a misdemeanor because he does not know how to do his job! No wonder he is the joke of all the real lawyers... so I hired a real lawyer and he will be out in two days something that he could not accomplish, if you want my opinion I think he should not be put in a law office let alone be a public Pretender!

While I appreciate your response, it should be noted that your son, since being appointed to represent him, has made zero attempt to contact me since October of 2021, with the exception of a February appointment which he didn't show up for. Additionally, when our Court system has us scheduled in multiple Courts at the same time, naturally one of them will be late. I'm sorry that this time it was your son's hearing I had to appear late for, but I do not control the Court's calendars. I would also like to point out that the Court inquired about my availability on those dates as I'm welcoming another child tomorrow and they were unaware of any leave I may be taking or a vacation during our school system's spring break. So your comments about joking around are completely fabricated. Your son has not accepted any offer/plea agreement and is in jail after he had his second warrant issued for failing to appear to a previously known hearing date. I did not give him anything as the State just made an offer following the pretrial - referencing your 30 day comment. I look forward to seeing him released in two days with the attorney who has yet to enter an appearance on an ordered hold without bond. If you would like to provide a review, at least be honest. I understand your frustration, but fabricating facts and circumstances will not aid in your son's case. Have a great day and I wish you the best of luck with your son's criminal case with your new attorney when they enter their appearance. Edit: As an update to your claimed two day release: the resulting sentence was 40 days executed and resulted in a release from custody two weeks later. Additionally, this case was resolved using the plea agreement that I was originally offered by the prosecutor following preliminary negotiations.
