Medicaid and Estate Planning
I first engaged Mike's office for assistance with my father's Medicaid claim. His office was extremely helpful to me. When I retired I engaged Mike to establish a trust that would protect my assets and ease the burden on my heirs. I have found Mike to be both thorough and meticulous.

Attorney Mike Goss has handled several legal matters for my family. These include setting up a Trust, preparing LLC documents for our company and preparing a purchase agreement for the sale of property. Excellent Work & Excellent Team
Mike and his team are excellent to work with. He set up Trusts and Wills for us as well as getting my mother qualified for Medicaid. Every step of the way, Mike had our family's best interest at heart, not his. Mike and his team go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are being answered in a very timely manner. When dealing with Medicaid qualification, we were up against some tight deadlines and Mike & Adam made an early morning phone call to make sure my family understood the process. This personal attention to detail and having our family's best interest makes Mike and his team top notch. I'd definitely recommend Mike Goss 100 times over for your planning, Trusts, Wills and Medicaid needs.
