Do not waste your time or money on this lawyer. I regret picking Vandiver to represent my brother. The amount of money that was given UPFRONT to him, and over a period of time was way more than he is worth. We were better off going with a public defender rather than this lawyer. He is very Arrogant,r...ude,he does not communicate with you throughout the case he will ignore you and ignore you until you pay more money.He DOES NOT put in as much work for your case as he says.We got the absolute worse case scenarios one could get for these cases. Do not hire, consider hiring, or communicate with this man. When calling the office to speak with a different attorney, and get treated the way that this man treated me. WOW. He was assigned as a Public Defender in my child support case. I have been in court for 3 years on my ex not paying support and being convicted of a felony for it. Daniel Vandivier had the case for 6 months and made inappropriate comments in court and in the public area in regards to my case. It i...s unbelievable that he was even listened to having minimal facts. His arrogance was uncalled for. Don't waste your time or money.
