I am a lifelong resident of central Indiana and a graduate of Zionsville Community High School. I got divorced in 1990 when my children were 4 and 6 years old. I know what it is like to go through a divorce with young children. I have first-hand knowledge and insight concerning the legal, emotional, and financial aspects that my clients often face.
My father played professional baseball as a young man, and later worked in data processing. My mother was a registered nurse, who worked nights so that she could care for her children during the day. I have one brother who is a surgeon in Michigan, and one who practices law in Indianapolis.
My daughter, Jennifer Bays Beinart, practices with me. My therapy dog, Mordecai, comes to work with me almost every day as the director of morale.
