Don’t hire him
He will drag his feet as long as he can just to benifit his self will end up costing you a fortune

Wasted time and money
I hired Mr Kincaid to help me with my mom who took my house using her POA, he did nothing, we had court but he didn't bring up anything defending me. One of the biggest mistakes was hiring him. He should not be a lawyer
