Very professional and fights for his clients rights! Our son was charged with a class 4 felony and was facing 10-12 years. When our son was falsely accused of sexual assault by a classmate at his high school, we immediately contacted Andrew Baldwin. He was able to set up a meeting with us in less than 24 hours. After his initial interview alone with our son, Andrew told us he believed he was telling the truth. It meant a... great deal to us to know that Andrew believed him & would do anything he could to fight to prove his innocence and get the charges dropped. The investigation by the prosecutor's office (and subsequently by the school) dragged on & on due to various reasons out of anyone's control (holidays, scheduled vacation days for the investigator, etc...). Naturally, our family was stressed beyond belief each time this happened. Andrew was always easy to reach either by phone or by text (which was amazing & made communication so easy). He kept us calm, but never sugar-coated anything. We appreciated that he was very transparent about what was happening & what would happen next. He communicated with the prosecutor's office & the school district's attorney frequently, and he aggressively followed up with them when they didn't respond in a timely manner. He helped us brainstorm ideas to help prove our son's claim that it was consensual, and when we were able to find that proof he immediately put it to work and shared it with the necessary parties. In the end, the claim was proven to be unsubstantiated and the charges were dropped. It was truly a nightmare for our family. We are so thankful we found Andrew and that he was there to help us through it. We recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic defense lawyer who is surrounded by an excellent team.

One of their lawyers was completely incompentent and they were let go from the firm. They just took my money and rolled over for the prosecutor. Poor communication and the lawyer had a really poor attitude. I would have been better off with a public defender. Andrew took over to finish what the firs...t lawyer failed to do. He was difficult to get a hold of and did not care either. They were too busy to care. Never had good results with anyone in this firm. I would not recommend Andrew. Waste of money and time.
