Riley Lowell Parr

He was court appointed for my brother in Montgomery County. He did not fight for my brother. My brother was a passenger in a truck with his estranged wife & a guy driving. Drugs & needle were found on the estranged wife. Drugs were found in backpack in bed of truck. My brother was a only a passeng...er. Yet estranged wife came out of prison to testify that the drugs she had on her were my brothers. (Granted she is in prison for theif & drugs). 2 years after the truck was stopped driver taken for warrant & estranged wife taken for warrant. Brother never charged or even taken for questioning. They send my brother for court because estranged wife wants her sentencing reduced. Long story..but my brother got sentenced 18 years for drugs & needle she had on her. Plus he was sentenced for the drugs in the backpack in bed of truck. They could of tested blood on needle. Even had a nurse testify that estranged wife said she shot up & drugs were hers. Mr. Parr never brought of estranged wife is mental. Burned my brothers home down..estranged of incidents...he never fought for him in anyway. Now he is suppose to be doing the appeal. Which brother has been in prison since Jan 2025 & never heard a word from home. Yes we are poor & cant afford to pay a lawyer. But doesn't mean my brother should be screwed so badly. Yes,my brother has a record. But he paid his time a long time ago. He deserved better.

Riley was appointed to my sons case in Montgomery County Indiana over a month ago, he has a criminal case and a dcs case, has been in jail for 2 months with a $10,000 CASH ONLY BOND has had ZERO contact from attorney Riley Parr, and I have been trying to call him for the past week and got no response... to my messages. He should have been to visit his client at the Montgomery County sheriff's department County jail and had a hearing about reduction in his bond by now. I would like to know why he has done nothing
