She was not the original attorney that we hired, but took over for an experienced attorney at the firm that left. She is not experienced enough to answer questions and would have assistants try to help, which gave conflicting information, then would not answer questions about documents they prepared ...without further fees. Other professionals agreed that the document was poorly written but of course there are no consequences after Indiana Elder Law was paid. This firm clearly just wants to keep extending their fees. Other firms that we've hired do not practice business this way and a lesson was learned. I would leave my name, but assume at this point that they'll just sue for slander or something. This entire firm is very disorganized.
