Ron contacted me when Indiana DOL accepted my claim and ruled against the employer. He filed the case urgently as promised. Then has been busy during Dec and hoping he takes client interest as Paramount. He is in the process of settlement talks and I will update this review once process is completed.... Fingers crossed.

I went through the Indiana DOL for non-payment of wages from an employer late in 2014. The DOL issued a letter that demanded payment from this employer. Mr. Weldy contacted me via e-mail informing me of the possibility of collecting damages for the late payment of wages, which I did not know I wa...s entitled to. I was skeptical at first, but agreed to a phone conversation, and eventually agreed to pursue legal action with Mr. Weldy. Since I am not from the Indianapolis area, we communicated via phone and e-mail. Mr. Weldy always responded promptly and was readily available on weekends and during late hours, since my work schedule did not accommodate his office hours. He filed this suit immediately, and my case was resolved within a few months. I am very happy with the level of professionalism and treatment that I received while working with Mr. Weldy. I would definitely recommend him to any friends and/or family members. Not only did he respond and provide due diligence in his professional responsibilities, he went above and beyond on a personal level. There were many times we spoke when my toddler was around and many times I contacted him on the weekend. He was always understanding of normal life activities going on and was always extremely pleasurable to do business with.
