Steven Smith Davis

I was accused of hitting my own mother. I was innocent and today the charges were dropped and my mother wrote a statement admitting I hadn't hit her. I had Steven Davis of Carmel In. "defend" me until I could afford to get a good attorney. He was literally telling me I was going to be found guilty a...fter I had told him I was innocent. He stole our bond money when he did nothing at all. He postponed the court hearing multiple times because he wasn't interested in helping me. He told me he would notify me if I did not have to be in court. I went to court multiple times and every time I was told Steven Davis was supposed to let me know I wasn't needed in court. He didn't call me once in the entire year this drug out . I had to call him only to get an argumentative response from this man. He yelled at me in the court house that I was not to be in court while I was alone with my mother at her request. I told him he was fired and he demanded he wasn't fired. I told him yes he's fired I will be using Rick Martin which is.a super lawyer. He left messages on my phone saying I had no other lawyer and he would see me in court on the court date. He then finally found he was fired as I said and still after causing multiple issues and doing nothing at all he stole the bond money after the case was dropped. I wrote a bad review on his Web site and I the review I mentioned the review would be gone tomorrow. It was and any good reviews on his page was fake and done by his own form. It was the worst time I could imagine being accused of hitting my own mother and dealing with this crazy lawyer made this time in my life even worse. I don't know how he keeps his license and I would make sure he's even legal before you ever hire this man. Thanks and I hope no one else has to go threw this so I wrote this second review since he erased the last review. I found out that I had some tickets that were read constituted from 1986 and 1989. I could not get my drivers license as a result. When I called Steve Davis he told me exactly what he was going to do and he did it in 4 days!.. Previously 2 months before that I hired an attorney to do the very same jo...b and he had yet to start on it! Not only did Steve Davis do what he said, he did it in 4 days for half the money!! When I 1st call him he did not try to rush me off the phone nor did he even charge me for the consulte I could not be happier thank you Steve
