Marc Andrew Halata

About Me

My name is Marc Halata.  I started this law practice in the spring of 2013 with the goal of offering affordable and focused legal services to the residents of Indianapolis and the surrounding counties.  I am committed to an ethical and straightforward approach to the practice of law and will be as simple or sophisticated as you need.  

I attended Purdue University in 2004 and received a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish Language and Literature.  I received a full tuition scholarship to Purdue University as a Chick Evans Scholar.  In 2008, I enrolled in Northern Illinois University College of Law in my home state of Illinois.
There I received my law degree and was licensed to practice law in May of 2012.

I currently live in Carmel, Indiana.  In my free time I visit my friends and parents, golf, and refinish, repair and customize firearms and holsters.  I am an avid shooter and supporter of the Second Amendment and the State of Indiana.  I am easygoing and friendly and will strike up a conversation with just about anyone I meet.
