I help individuals and families navigate legal matters that affect their most personal relationships. I work to protect my clients’ rights, and achieve the best possible outcome, and long-term stability and peace of mind during times of transition or conflict, including divorce, child custody and parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, adoption, guardianship, protective orders and cases involving domestic violence.
I always encourage clients to negotiate and have a say in how their matter is resolved. But when that door closes, I’m ready to walk into the courtroom with my client and advocate for their interests.

Kim continues to go above and beyond. She is compassionate while being honest. She explains the law, and how she will use it in court. She is down to earth, and easily understood. I highly recommend Kim.

in 6 years and 5 attorneys she is my last wall of defense via appellate court, the devil is in the details when dealing with people, but her and her staff aren't seemingly typical. The immediate attention and allowances to my emotional state having just lost rights to my child was above and beyond t...

I have been in a 12-year battle with a bitter and irrational ex-wife. I couldn't have made a worse choice in a spouse - what was I thinking??? Anyway, after another long series of disagreements, my ex retained counsel (again!). I was fortunate enough to retain Ms. Lytle. Throughout a turbulent 8-...

Kim helped me get custody of my kids. She took the time to listen to me. I felt comfortable talking to her, and really felt like she was in my corner the whole way through.
