Kent Jameson Perkins

Kent helps clients with litigation arising out of real estate transactions, whether landlord/tenant related or residential real estate transactions. In addition, he assists clients in resolving other disputes over property or money, such as those arising from home improvement contracts, agreements for the payment of money, property damage disputes, and injuries occurring on the property of others.

Kent works with his clients to develop comprehensive estate plans specifically tailored to their financial and family situations. Often these plans include wills, trusts, power of attorney designations, and healthcare directives.

Kent advises his clients on issues related to real estate transactions and assists them in those transactions by drafting and reviewing all necessary contracts and other documents.
