I am a Managing Partner at Hess Hess & Donnelson, LLP, where I concentrate my practice in estate and long-term care planning. I am also a VA accredited attorney. I practice law in the areas of elder law, probate law, estate recovery, guardianships, estate planning, and estate and trust administration with a focus on asset preservation. I also devote a significant portion of my practice to assisting clients with eligibility for Veteran benefits and Medicaid benefits.
