I paid him 8000 dollars for a case with dcs he told me I had a law suit and he was filing paperwork. He never filed paperwork for lawsuit. I am the one that fought in court for my daughter not him I got my daughter back and my case closed out. I asked repeatedly about the lawsuit because he said ther...e was a statue of limitations on it but he never filed so I kept contacting his paralegal about what was going on with my lawsuit or the return of some of my money and he just kept putting me off and never returning my calls then today I receive a paper from the courts saying he removed himself from my case. He is stealing from the poor people to make himself rich it's not fair he is not a professional he is all talk and no show I would not recommend him to anyone and anyone that reads this we should all come together and get rid of his law firm all together. He just keeps stealing from people just read most of the other reviews thank you

Me and my fiancé hired Rolin for my son. He doesn’t think we lost but after court, it was pretty devastating. He didn’t ask the questions he was supposed to so the judge would know what was going on. He was late then when I called his secretary looking for him, she said he just pulled up and he just ...let her know the judge was going to be late. I said I feel like he should be in here letting us know but instead he was in his truck playing games on his phone, when he finally came in, he only briefed us for five minutes. He didn’t ask the right questions. My son did not know what to say so the judge didn’t feel like it was imperative they not live in the Homeless Shelter. With his jobless mother. We finally get done. I’ll let him know how to Sleeze that we are with the results. He said we are going to get a final bill, but he would zero that out because it was not our fault that the judge was late today. I get a call from him, letting me know That he’s not happy on how I spoke to the paralegal on how to please I am with everything that he did we paid him $2500 and we never met with him in person. Talk to him twice on the phone and we were lucky if the paralegal answered an email , so he said since he’s not gonna go by his word, he’s gonna go by the contract and charge us the additional $633 do not use him

Don’t waste your time or money. Very unprofessional and doesn’t deliver on his promises. All talk in the beginning and once he has your money you can’t hardly get ahold of him or his staff. They do not return phone calls or emails! If I was lucky to get him on the phone, he wasn’t prepared and di...dn’t know the facts of my case. Didn’t even show up for one court appearance. He dropped my case without any notification. Very sad when you are depending on someone with your life.

Well I initially had a sit down talk with Roland to see about my case. I decided to pay him in full. A little over $2,800. It was to cover two hearings. He canceled two of my hearings and did not inform me. I showed up to these court dates because of this. Left confused. He had canceled so late at ni...ght the night before my hearings that I was still on the paper list of people to have hearings that day so everyone at the court house was confused and eventually my lawyer finally got back to my message of why I’m here and no one else is. He failed to contact me at all. Never met with me to collect evidence or go through my case. Never did his own research for my case. I have messages upon messages between us where I would try to contact him and he would say “I’ll call you in 3 days.” Yet to be met with no contact for a month. I asked him to file a petition to take my daughter to Texas on vacation. Signed the documents for him to never file the petition as supposed to. Then met with “I’m sorry, I dropped the ball on that one.” She was extremely upset she couldn’t go. We all were. Since he kept not doing his job he decided to give me a free hearing in all of this. Via phone convo sadly so no proof on that one. But our gmail convo speaks for itself on how awful he was to deal with the ENTIRE time. Now my case is over. He was supposed to send me a document to sign and also send the fathers and I’s agreements made in court to me and also give me the information I need to pay child support. I emailed him on this topic and he told me to wait 10 days. I received a letter a week ago telling me he is dropping me as a client. Yet, never got me ANY of the information I need. For anything. Now I’m left not knowing how to pay my child support or exactly all the details on my agreement. Now I’m left not knowing what holidays I get my daughter or anything at all. He refuses to answer my calls or texts with questions about this information that I need. I have filed a formal complaint.
