I paid Dorothy 5k at 300pm on a Tuesday and at 8am the next day asked for a refund as my circumstance had changed. She said she was up until 10pm reviewing the zip file I sent her, (she wasn’t) and refunded me 3k. After days of delay and wouldn’t even tell me how much she’s refunding. When asked, sai...d “around 3500”…. It was $3080. I get notified when my zip files are opened and can prove they were never opened the this “advocate”. I cannot speak to her as a lawyer. She may be great. But I can assure you this is a deviant character with zero integrity bereft of any morality or principle and am very confident I made the correct choice in asking for a refund. she in my opinion, effectively stole 2k from me in 16 after-business hours and claimed to be reviewing documents when she absolutely categorically demonstrably was not. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Keep looking! Complaints will be made with appropriate channels. Also, my refund was supposedly processed at around 4 pm last Friday, and is still not hit my account. Despite Mrs furguson understanding the urgency. Again, no idea how well she advocates in court but can say with confidence this person lacks integrity is void of anything that resembles decency or a beating heart, and in my view my experience with this person was nothing short of theft. You’ve been warned.

Hire Dorothy Ferguson for a modification hearing. I saw her once to discuss my case paid retainer in full. My hearing came and she never showed up the Judge had to go find her. After hearing was continued I was penalize and it cost alot of financial burden. She never informed me of any activity on my... case after several emails and phone calls she ignored me. I was never informed of and decision on my hearing which caused me over $6000 in fees due to not responding with in a 30 day time period. Would not recommended her for anyone to hire her for their case. She will take you money and make it a point to ignore you.
