Courtney Gaber works for Med-1 Solutions a medical debt collector. I have been dealing with them the last few months and Courtney had been the one going to the court dates and handling my account. I explained my situation to her numerous times and she assured me that my wages wouldn't be garnished an...d that they most likely would just close my account out. She ended up putting in for a wage garnishment anyways and when I called to discuss never got back with me (I called multiple times). I even sent her a letter so I would have proof I had tried contacting her and never received a response. I am now being taken to court again only now the amount owed is even higher due to court costs. I am furious. Had she answered me months ago none of this would be happening.
