OUTCOME: Order of Reinstatement and full Back pay in favor of our client.

Represented a School District administrator who was subject to a reduction-in-force. School District claimed that as a Director he did not have seniority or bumping rights. He appealed the School Dis ... trict's action. I tried the case before the Administrative Law Judge. The ALJ ruled that the School Board failed to properly terminate the Administrator and he had seniority and bumping rights. The Commissioner of Education denied an appeal and affirmed the decision.
