She failed to do what is best interest, father beat mother (know deceased) the 2 younger children has no leg to stand on - he had no family rights for these. Children- I lives with them 6 months friend for 12 years and courts state he will change, but what is best interest- not with bio father who ha...sn’t had contact w. Children and has mental and physical abused mother know to see if she’s not here to defend her to the youngest, but want to bring into seven or eight of his children to see where the kids belong… asking that the kids don’t have a say where they wanna live - bio father lives in said mother, that is now deceased with all of her belongings inside the home that her ex father-in-law, which is bio dad’s. Dad provided housing for her and the children, makes me sick that the courts don’t have a say- it’s one thing that the kids can visit if they want but forcing them to live with this monster, that they’ll never see the outside family members or Friday along the way, breaks my heart!
