This man is extremely rude, arrogant, refuses to explain anything to you, acts superior to you, treats you like you are crap in the bottom of his shoes and apparently likes to pick and chose his cases. He is cocky and speaks over you and does not listen to what you have to say. He is NOT worth your t...ime or your money!

Mr. Elliot wrote to the Ohio Court of Appeals that he prays for me and the court at night. I find this to be wildly inappropriate and frankly creepy. I am satisfied, but in no way surprised, that the court concluded the same. This is an attorney that should put the best interests of children first b...ut thankfully is poor at his job.

As soon as we entered his office he wreaked of arrogance. He avoided eye contact and read the report in front of him so fast that we couldn't comprehend it. When asked politely if he could slow down and reread it, he rudely refused and told us to pay attention. He then asked me if I was my disabled s...on's lawyer and when I said "no," he informed me that I was not allowed to speak and proceeded to read very fast. My son has dyslexia, ADHD and PTSD and I have C-PTSD . . . we shouldn't have to reveal our disabilities in order to have a little bit of mutual respect.
