Do not go to Michael Nolan. He is quite possibly the worst human being I have met. I brought my mother in there for him to rewrite her will, he looked at her old will, and he said it was fine, no reason to pay to have a will rewritten. Fast forward about five months. My mother passed away. I w...ent in to get the will probated. Then a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying the will is not valid. NOT VALID! I had him look at it just a few months ago and he said it was fine. Now it's not valid. I asked him to keep working on getting it probated, whatever we have to do (I live near Philadelphia, PA so it's not easy for me to get there) and he said he can't represent me anymore. I just go the letter in the mail telling me to pick up all the documents from his office. I will be filing a claim with the Ohio Bar Association tomorrow, and I will most likely file a malpractice claim against him. Horrible.
