During that time, we communicated frequently, and she became aware of extensive personal and sensitive information about me and my situation. I ultimately chose to termi...nate her representation because I no longer felt she was acting in my best interest. I am now in an unrelated legal case and have reason to believe she may be connected to the opposing side. Because of her prior access to my confidential information, I have filed a formal request with the court asking that she be removed from any involvement in my case to avoid a conflict of interest. I recommend that anyone considering working with Ms. Crum carefully review their options and ensure they feel fully confident in their attorney’s ability to remain impartial and dedicated to their best interests.
