terrible
Totally unresponsive and lacking knowledge of the law. All I got in reply to inquires about my case were "we'll let you know when we have something" or excuses like vacations and "they keep missing each other".

Trustworthy and responsive always returns phone calls and does what she says she will do.
She always was there for me in a crisis and there are a lot of them in divorces. Returned phone calls, filed things I needed just overall the best.
