Not someone I'd recommend
I felt he did not listen to my concerns, would not ask the court for what I wanted, did not EVER return my calls unless I indicated I would hire another attorney, and the absolute terrible way he treated his staff. Can't Recommend
Mr. Toy was neither accessible or responsive. He would not answer e-mails, and he did not return phone calls. He never indicated that he followed through with anything I told him, and he did not fight my charge. For his fee (thousands of dollars), he gave me five minutes on the telephone and five ...
