I hired Mr. Toy to represent my son on a high tier OVI. I did my research and chose him because he is know to be knowledgable, aggressive and respected in the Athen's Courts. He let us know what to expect throughout this whole process. From my first call to his staff, I felt comfort and hope. Hi...s staff is amazing and always promptly answered my emails and calls. They immediately got my son driving privileges. Mr. Toy also promptly answered my calls and emails-- even when he was out of the country. He called us and answered all of our questions and concerns. We did not feel rushed and he told us how to get ahold of him at any time. My son made some mistakes when he got pulled over and did not make Mr. Toy's job easy. Mr. Toy worked very hard and fought to the very end to get the OVI charge lowered to a lesser charge. It was the best possible outcome considering the circumstances. I am so glad that I did my research and picked him to represent my son. He is the perfect balance of being knowledgable, aggressive and respected. I would highly recommend Mr. Toy and his staff!

I found myself in a very uncomfortable situation (out of town client) that Mr. Toy resolved with incredible tenacity and to quote a previous reviewer "he is a no-nonsense" kind of lawyer. He is the only attorney to hire in Athens, he takes care of business. I was very worried about the outcome of my ...case and he and his staff were very diligent in getting my case resolved. He totally saved my a**. He takes care of all the steps in the legal process. Highly recommend!

I hired Bob Toy when my son needed a defense attorney while attending Ohio U. Mr Toy was diligent in his search for justice. He kept us informed through the entire process and provided a stern defense that our son deserved. Mr Toy's office staff is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire Mr Toy... again and I recommend him if you want an attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience who has thorough knowledge of the legal process and how to build a strong legal defense.

I felt he did not listen to my concerns, would not ask the court for what I wanted, did not EVER return my calls unless I indicated I would hire another attorney, and the absolute terrible way he treated his staff. Very sad to see the humiliation on his secretary's face. I dealt more with them than... him. He is someone I would not recommend.
